Domestic orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or the United States Post Office, at our discretion. We charge a flat rate of $7.00 for ground shipping your items. Orders
over $150.00 qualify for free ground shipping. We try and ship within 48 hours of the time we receive your order. Please make sure you provide us with accurate
shipping information and a phone number in case we need to reach you about your order.
Please note that we are set up for Domestic orders only.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the unused portion. Contact us for a return authorization
number prior to returning any merchandise. Include a note explaining the problem. Merchandise must be returned at your expense within 14 days of your receipt of
shipment. It must be in unopened and perfect condition in order to receive full credit. Opened items will be credited based on our discretion as well as on the unused
portion. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
On the rare occasion that we may ship you an item other than what you ordered, do not open the product. Please contact us so we can exchange it
UPS and FedEx charge shippers for the return of undeliverable packages, including - but not limited to - refused packages and those where three delivery attempts were
unsuccessful. If your package is returned to us for any of these reasons, you will be responsible for our actual cost to ship the package and the return charges.
